How to enable notifications on Samsung smartphones with Android Version 8?

Open phone settings and tap on Apps, scroll down to locate TimelyBills and tap on it.
Under Notifications, ensure that the toggle is set to ON.
Go back to the Apps screen and Tap the menu button on the top-right and select Special access.
Tap on Optimize battery usage, Scroll down to locate TimelyBills and toggle the slider to OFF.
Go back to the phone’s Settings, tap on Device Maintenance and then Battery.
Scroll to the bottom of the list and tap on Unmonitored Apps, Tap on Add Apps and select TimelyBills, Once the TimelyBills app has been selected, tap on Done.
