To Setup Automatic Bill Reminders Notification for Credit Card Accounts:

For both online and offline credit card accounts, you can generate automatic bill reminders directly from your account information. This is a one-time setup process

1. During the addition or editing of credit card account details, simply input 'Bill Details', including the ‘Bill Generation Date’, ‘Due Date’, and ‘Repeat Frequency’ on the Bill Detail screen

2. Activate the 'Remind me of upcoming bills for this account' toggle in the Alerts section

This toggle is responsible for generating bill reminder alerts, (please make sure it is on to generate automatic bill reminders)

Now our app will automatically generate bill reminders on the upcoming bill generation tab in future, according to the provided frequency as shown below

Another option for generating advance bill reminders for manual credit card accounts:

Manually created bill reminders for their credit card payments. This is a one-time configuration process.

1. Navigate to the Bill section and manually create a recurring bill reminder according to your payment schedule.

2. Choose the category as ‘Credit Card’ and ‘To Account' as your manual credit card account for which you want to generate bill reminder

In this option, all bill reminders will be generated on time, however, their due amount may differ from the actual due amount, which you can change while marking the bill as paid, and in this way, you keep your ledger also updated with the correct amount.
