TimelyBills provides a simple way to track income versus bills/expenses for past, current, and future dates (as projections). Users can easily select a period to visualize this data.
Supported date ranges include Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and custom date ranges.
On the TimelyBills Dashboard (latest version from Google Play Store or App Store), a new card called Cash Flow has been introduced.
(Dashboard with Cash Flow Card)
- Clicking on this card displays a screen showing the Cash Flow details for the current or selected range.
- By default, this card shows data for the month range, but users can adjust settings to view data for other ranges as well.
- For Past Period/Date Range (past week, past bi-week, past month, past date range).
- This screen displays actual income, expenses made, and the remaining balance for the past period.
- For Current Period (where the current date falls between the current week, bi-week, month, or date range selected):
- This screen shows income earned up to the current date, upcoming income, expenses incurred until today, planned bills/expenses until the end of the date range (upcoming), and all unpaid bills until today as total expenses.
Unpaid bills are considered within the current date range only because this is the period when they are due for payment. |
- For Future Period:
- This screen compares the total upcoming income for the selected period with all planned upcoming bills/expenses until the end of the date range (upcoming).
