How Pro Plus subscription works in TimelyBills?

  • TimleyBills allow its users (currently only with USD and CAD currency ) to upgrade their subscription plan from Pro to Pro Plus OR directly purchase Pro Plus.
  • With Pro Plus subscription you will get all pro features + bank connectivity (Only for US and Canadian bank account) features.

  • Once you are on Pro Plus subscription plan, you are allowed to connect to your bank from the Add Account screen.
  • Once successfully authenticated, TimelyBills will start synching your account information and its transactions  from bank and securely push it in to the App. 
    • This process happens multiple times in a day but the frequency of update varies bank to bank, depending on their technology infrastructure. 
    • As part of the synching it also categories the transactions for better insights.
    • With some transaction will show up on the same day; with other, it might show up a day or two later.
    • TimelyBills try best to make sure transaction show up on the same day but with all different banks we support, it sometime not possible. 
    • TimelyBills also provides user to directly make a sync request for a particular bank or particular bank account from the app itself.
    • If after adding a bank account and waiting a day or two, and you still don't see all of your transactions, or they are consistently always behind, please contact us at pro.support@timelybills.app and we will be happy to investigate further.
