What if my bank or financial institution isn't available to connect in TimelyBills?

TimelyBills connects to banks using Plaid, which supports 99.9% of U.S. banks and credit unions.

You can search for your bank after upgrading to a bank-connected subscription plan.

  • If your bank isn’t available, please email us at pro.support@timelybills.app. We’ll work with Plaid to prioritize adding it.
  • If your requested bank isn’t added within 2–3 business days, we’ll gladly issue a full refund of your subscription payment.
