How can I reset my TimelyBills account and start fresh?

If you’d like to clear all your data and start over on TimelyBills, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Delete Your Account

  1. Open the TimelyBills app
  2. Go to Dashboard → Menu → Profile
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm

Step 2: 5-Day Holding Period

After you delete your account, your data is not removed immediately.
It is securely retained for 5 days as a safety measure in case the deletion was accidental.

During this period, you can:

  • Contact our support team to restore your account, or
  • Request permanent deletion of your data

Step 3: Permanent Deletion & Restart (Optional)

If you don’t want to wait for the 5-day holding period, simply email us at
support@timelybills.app requesting immediate permanent deletion of your account.

Once permanently deleted:

  • All associated data is erased
  • You can sign up again using the same email address
  • You’ll be able to start fresh with a clean account
