If you'd like to reset your TimelyBills account and start with a clean slate, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Delete Your Account
- Open the TimelyBills app.
- Go to Dashboard → Menu → Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Step 2: 5-Day Recovery Period
After you delete your account, it is not permanently removed immediately.
Your account and data are securely retained for 5 days as a safeguard against accidental deletion.
During this period, you can:
- Contact our support team to restore your account, or
- Request immediate permanent deletion of your data.
Step 3: Permanently Delete Your Account (Optional)
If you don't want to wait for the 5-day recovery period, send an email to support@timelybills.app requesting immediate permanent deletion.
Once your account is permanently deleted:
- All your account data is permanently erased.
- You can sign up again using the same email address.
- You'll start with a brand-new, empty TimelyBills account.
