How do I perform account sync, for past/missing transactions (Advance Sync)?

The sync icon, found at the top of the Account Details screen, retrieves only those transactions added since your last synchronization. However, there are instances where users might notice missing transactions from previous dates. In such cases, we provide the option for extended synchronization through the "Advanced Sync" feature. This feature enables users to specify a starting date from which transactions should be pulled from their bank account.

Follow the steps below to perform the Advanced Sync for a particular account: 


1. Go to Home -> Accounts.


2. Tap on the account for which transactions are missing and navigate to the Account Details screen.


3. Click on the three dots available at the top right.


4. Select the option 'Advanced Sync'.


5. Turn on the toggle 'Are you missing any old transactions?'.

6. Click on 'Select transaction start date'.
a. Select the date earlier than the date for which the transaction is missing.


7. Click on the 'Sync Now' button.

8. The app may take some time to sync the transactions from your bank.


9. Wait for some time and return to the account screen; the missing transactions should now appear.
