The sync icon, found at the top of the Account Details screen, retrieves only those transactions added since your last synchronization. However, there are instances where users might notice missing transactions from previous dates. In such cases, we provide the option for extended synchronization through the "Advanced Sync" feature. This feature enables users to specify a starting date from which transactions should be pulled from their bank account.
Follow the steps below to perform the Advanced Sync for a particular account:
1. Go to Home -> Accounts.
3. Click on the three dots available at the top right.
6. Click on 'Select transaction start date'.
a. Select the date earlier than the date for which the transaction is missing.
8. The app may take some time to sync the transactions from your bank.
