You can permanently delete your TimelyBills account directly from the app by following these steps:
- Open the TimelyBills app on your device
- Tap your Profile photo.
- Select My Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account (located below the Sign Out button).
- If you're a member of a Group, you'll need to leave the group first before you can proceed with deleting your account.
- A screen will appear explaining what data will be permanently deleted. Please review this information carefully.
- Tap Delete again to confirm and proceed.
- An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address.
- Enter the OTP and tap Verify to confirm your identity.
- Once the OTP is verified, your account deletion request will be submitted.
- After you submit your deletion request, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming that your account and its associated data will be permanently deleted in 5 days.
What data will be permanently deleted after the 5-day deletion period?
The following information will be permanently removed once your scheduled account deletion is completed:
- All accounts and transactions
- All budgets and financial records
- Your profile and personal information
- Any other data associated with your TimelyBills account
Account deletion is permanent. Once the 5-day waiting period has ended, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.
