How to do sync requesting past transaction (Advance Sync)

The sync icon, found at top of the Account Details screen, only retrieves transactions that have been added since your last synchronization. However, there are instances where users might notice missing transactions from previous dates. In such cases, we provide the option for an extended sync through the "Advanced Sync" feature. This feature enables users to specify a starting date from which the transactions should be pulled from their bank account.


Follow below steps to performs the Advance Sync for a particular account :


  •  Go to Home -> Accounts .
  • Tap on the Account for which transaction is missing and go to Account detail screen.
  • Click on three dots available at top right.
  • Select option 'Advance Sync'
  • Turn on the toggle 'Are you missing any old transactions'?
  • Click on 'Select transaction start date'.
  • Click on 'Sync Now' button.
  • App may take some time to sync the transactions from your bank.
  • Wait for some time and come back to account screen again and missing transaction should be there.
