How can I hide or exclude transactions from an online account in TimelyBills?

TimelyBills allows you to hide an online bank account and optionally exclude its transactions from your financial overview. This can be useful if you want to temporarily remove certain accounts or transactions from reports, budgets, or widgets—without permanently deleting them.

How to hide an online bank account or its transactions:

  1. Go to the Accounts section and select the online bank account you wish to hide.

  2. Tap the Options icon (top-right corner)
    .


  3. Choose one of the following options:

    • Hide Account: Hides the account from transaction selection menus (e.g., while creating/editing transactions).

    • Hide Account Transactions: Completely excludes the account’s transactions from reports, summaries, and insights.

    • Hide in Widget: Hides the account from the Accounts List widget.

  4. Confirm your choice on the popup by selecting Confirm.

    You can unhide the account or its transactions at any time through the same menu.
