What does 'Archive Account' mean?

The Archive Account feature lets you hide accounts you no longer wish to use but let you keep its transactions.
Once archived, the account becomes Inactive which means you won’t be able to add new transactions. However, you can still view past transactions anytime under the 'Archived' Section on account page.


This feature is useful for managing old or inactive accounts and organizing your active accounts side by side


Steps to Archive an Account: 


  1. Go to Home > Account
  2. Select Account you wish to archive to View Details
  3. Click on Options (Top right corner)
  4. Select Archive Account

5. Click on Confirm to archive the account

           


  • You can reverse this by following the same steps
  • While you can view and edit existing transactions from an archived account, you cannot add new transactions to it.
  • Account settings can be updated for archived accounts.
