What is the purpose of the "Restore Purchase" option, and when should I use it?

The Restore Purchase option allows you to regain access to features you've previously paid for, especially if you encounter issues with your subscription or have reinstalled the app. 


You should use the Restore Purchase option in the following situations: 

  • You've reinstalled the app and need to recover your subscription. 
  • Your subscription appears inactive, even though it is active. 
  • You're switching to a new device and need to transfer your subscription. 
  • You're experiencing discrepancies with your subscription access. 

 

How to use the Restore Purchase option: 

  • Open the TimelyBills app and go to the Dashboard. 
  • Tap the Menu icon. 
  • Select Pro Features or Subscription. 
  • Tap Restore Purchase at the bottom of the screen. 



Please note that the restore option will only work with the original email address used for the subscription. Subscriptions made via Google Play or the Apple App Store can only be restored using the email registered with TimelyBills at the time of purchase.
