What should I do if I am charged multiple times by the Google or Apple Store?

If you notice multiple charges for a subscription from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, the extra charges are typically refunded automatically within a day or two. 

If the refund does not appear in your account after a few days: 

  • Check your Google Play or Apple App Store purchase history to confirm the charges. 
  • Ensure that your account details are correct and up to date. 


  • If you still see multiple charges or do not receive a refund, please contact us at support@timelybills.app. We will investigate the issue and assist you further.
