Recurring bills dates changed automatically, what to do?

Modified on Thu, 11 May 2023 at 11:53 AM

We have recently discovered an issue with our app's previous version that may have caused some of your recurring monthly bills to be scheduled for the last day of the month (30th/31st) instead of their original due dates.

Although we rectified the issue in the subsequent version, some of the bills added during that time may still have the same issue and require manual correction.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and understand the frustration it may have caused. We want to assure you that we are taking all necessary steps to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

To correct the bills, just make sure you have the latest version of the app from play store and then you just  need to manually edit them.

Please go to the "Recurring" bills tab and check which bills have changed dates. Then, edit each of those bills by selecting the correct due date and save them.

We recognize the importance of our app to your finances and want to ensure you that we remain committed to providing you with a high-quality product.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@timelybills.app

We value your feedback and will strive to address any issues promptly.
