I can't see my bank account even after successfully connecting my institution. What should I do?

After successfully connecting your bank or institution, it may take 5 to 10 minutes for your account details and transactions to appear. This delay depends on your bank’s connectivity and response time.

If your account still doesn’t show up after waiting:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Menu → Profile Icon

  2. Tap the "Sync Now" button to manually refresh your account data
