Do not worry, there are couple of ways you can get your subscription in the app:
- App provides an option to restore your purchase. Follow below steps to see restore option :
- Go to App "Dashboard"
- Click on Menu icon
- Click on "Pro Features"
- You should see a button with name 'Restore'.
- Click on "Restore"
- Go to Dashboard and come back to Pro Features screen again.
- If above option does not work, there is one other way to get them added
- Go to Play Store App (App store in case of Apple)
- Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions. (Subscription in case of Apple)
- Select the TimelyBills subscription
- Go to its detail
- Take screenshot
- Share above screenshot and send email to support team at support@timelybills.app with the details .
- After verifying your purchase, support team will add it for your profile and it should be available in the app afterwards
