What to do If my purchase is shown in Apple or Google Play store but not in the app?

Do not worry, there are couple of ways you can get your subscription in the app:


  1. App provides an option to restore your purchase. Follow below steps to see restore option :
    •  Go to App "Dashboard" 
    • Click on Menu icon 
    • Click on "Pro Features" 
    • You should see a button with name 'Restore'.
    • Click on "Restore" 
    • Go to Dashboard and come back to Pro Features screen again. 
  2. If above option does not work, there is one other way to get them added
    • Go to Play Store App (App store in case of Apple) 
    • Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions. (Subscription in case of Apple)
    • Select the TimelyBills subscription 
    • Go to its detail
    • Take screenshot
    • Share above screenshot and send email to support team  at support@timelybills.app with the details .
    • After verifying your purchase, support team will add it for your profile and it should be available in the app afterwards
