Not able to see accounts, even after successfully connecting with bank account.

Fetching your bank account details and associated transactions may take some time from 15~40 minutes. The time required to fetch account details may vary from bank to bank and their connectivity status. 

  •  If you still don't see your account on the account list screen, try syncing the account list using sync icon available at top right corner.
  • if the above steps do not work, go to 'Connected institutions' screen (Link available at top of the Account list screen). Incase you see an error or connection issues with bank connection try reconnecting it through 'Reconnect' button.
  •  If the above steps do not work, please contact us at  pro.support@timelybills.app for help.
