My Bank login credentials are not working

Modified on Thu, 4 Jul at 5:27 AM

If your current credentials are not working, we would recommend checking the following:

1. Ensure that you are entering the correct credentials (password/OTP).

  • OTP stands for 'One-Time Password.' In the context of bank login, OTP refers to a unique and temporary password generated and sent to the user's registered mobile number or email address. It serves as an additional security layer to authenticate the user during the login process. The user typically needs to enter the OTP within a specified time frame to verify their identity and access their bank account online.

  • 2. Verify that you can log in to the bank portal using the same credentials.

  • 3. Try disconnecting by clicking 'Disconnect this institution' (available at the bottom of the screen) and then reconnecting. If the issue persists even after retrying, please contact us at [email protected], and we will investigate further with the bank.
