My Bank login credentials are not working

If your current credentials are not working, we would recommend to check following:

  • Check that you are entering the correct credentials (password/otp)
    • OTP stands for "One-Time Password." In the context of bank login, OTP refers to a unique and temporary password that is generated and sent to the user's registered mobile number or email address. It serves as an additional layer of security to authenticate the user during the login process. The user is typically required to enter the OTP within a specified time frame to verify their identity and gain access to their bank account online.
  • Verify that you are able to login on bank portal using same credentials.
  • Try to disconnect using link 'Disconnect the institution'  (available at bottom of the screen) and try to reconnect again. If it does not work even after retry, please write to us at pro.support@timelybills.app and we will check it with Bank.
